About the Swedish Board of Agriculture

The Swedish Board of Agriculture is Sweden's expert authority in the areas agriculture, fishery and rural areas.

This means for instance that we monitor and analyse the development within the sector and keep the Government informed, and we also implement political decisions within our field of activity.

Our mission is for Sweden to produce food in a sustainable and profitable way. We also contribute to good animal welfare throughout our country and living rural areas in all parts of Sweden.

Opening hours

We are usually open on weekdays, but before and during holidays we may have changed opening hours.

Opening hours during summer (week 25–34):

  • Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm
