Nordic-Baltic feed conference 2024
Welcome to the annual conference for competent authorities in the Nordic-Baltic countries (including Greenland and Faroe island)
The purpose is to exchange experiences between authorities from the Nordic and Baltic countries (including Greenland and Faroe Island) with focus on feed concerning official control, laboratory work and general discussion about feed legislation.
The conference will be organized at SVA (Swedish Veterinary Agency) located at Ulls väg 2B in Uppsala, Sweden.
Participants from the Nordic and Baltic countries (including Greenland and Faroe Island) are invited.
Dates: September 25 to 27
Cost: Hotel costs are 1895 SEK per night (1355 SEK for employees for a Swedish public authority).
The rest of the conference is financed through a generous contribution from the The Nordic Joint Committee for Agricultural and Food Research, and will be arranged by Swedish board of Agriculture together with Swedish Veterinary Agency.
Programme
The conference starts Wednesday 25th of September, at 9.00 am. Registration and coffee will be available from 8.30 am. The conference ends at 12.00 am on Friday 27th of September.
Wednesday: Welcome, introduction and field trip to a feed business operator
Thursday: Group work
Friday: Presentation of group work and final discussion. Evaluation of the meeting.
Registration
Please fill in the form to register. We need your registration before July 30.
You will get a confirmation e-mail and booking code for hotel Radisson Blue Hotel Uppsala (Stationsgatan 4, 753 40 Uppsala) within two working days after your registration.
It is important that you book your room at Radisson Blue Hotel no later than 16th of July. You are of course welcome to organize your own accommodation.
